Review on Lowepro Dashpoint 10 Camera Bag - Ultimate Multi Attachment Pouch for Point and Shoot Cameras by Stacy Mendoza

Bright color makes it easy to find

The Dashpoint 30 case is very well thought out and well made. I got it to protect a Sony NEX-6 with a small 16-50 lens when it's in my backpack with books and other things. The bright color makes it easy to find. The camera is about 3/4 inch tall (see first photo). Unfortunately, Dashpoint 20 looks too small. I wish they had released the Dashpoint 25 with internal dimensions of 5x3x3 - or with baffles or a pocket so I could use the extra space (there's currently no room for an extra battery). hand, and when you put it in your pocket this way, the lens will naturally wind up the deepest in your pocket. But if you look at the shape of the bag (see second photo) you will see that there is more wiggle room near the hole. This creates another free space in the bag that is difficult to use. It would be nice if this asymmetrically curved side created extra space at the other end of the bag, but I think this will require some modifications to the opening flap and zip.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Low maintenance
