I received this on September 5th 2019 and now two months later it no longer works. First it started not connecting to any of our devices and now it won't load. I've tried several chargers including the cable that came with it, but it doesn't work. No lights on. Cannot be turned on. I wish the seller would have contacted me. It is unsatisfactory that your product stops working two months after purchase.
