Not compatible with 2013 Ford Escape/Requires return

Requires return. Said it was compatible with my 2013 Ford Escape but wasn't. Otherwise you have to go to the dealer's service dept to do the programming and they said aftermarket units don't work with their programmers. So I had to buy an OEM smart key fob, program it at my local Ford dealership and return it.
