I downgraded this rating in the test. The first review complained that the lowest volume is louder than I need - I listen to audiobooks and podcasts when I go to bed to relax and fall asleep, and the lowest volume is high enough to keep me awake. For normal daily use, this is not a problem. The sound quality seems to be quite good, at least for spoken language. I then had to answer the call - the caller couldn't hear me so I had to turn it off and speak straight into the phone. In general, there are other headphones that meet my expectations, just slightly more expensive. The listing was a bit unclear as to the bluetooth function and cable. When I connected it to my iPhone, I had to turn on BT - I don't know why, and that's not a major defect if your device has BT, just weird - and when I accidentally disconnected it, the sound immediately came out of the iPhone.
