I ordered two of these chairs for our home office. They came separately (no big deal but I ordered them together). Both were missing some washers for the screws but my friend is a carpenter so he figured out what was needed. The chair is comfortable when you're working on the computer, but when you stop working and sit up straight, the chair tilts forward a bit. I don't notice it at work, only when I lean back like I'm stretching or sit up straight. The seat is comfortable. The hands are large and clumsy, but comfortable. I chose this chair for the light color in the office and for its price, but in hindsight I wish I had paid a little more and gone for something more elegant and modern. If you're looking for a basic, inexpensive desk chair, this should be a good one. My dissatisfaction has more to do with the chair's design and appearance than its function.
