There are several shortcomings, but, it corresponds to the norm.

I bought it because of a smart alarm clock, which in the end does not work. In general, it fulfills everything stated, but it is not suitable for sports, it's just a pedometer no more. The pulse cannot be monitored during training, it cannot distinguish running from walking, the activity monitor does not work even if you sit at the computer for hours and move your arms, it also counts steps. In general, I succumbed to the general hysteria and ordered an alarm clock for almost three thousand :) In short, for sports, only a normal heart rate monitor or a wrist bike computer with a chest pulse sensor, and this is so pampering.

Pros

Relatively cheap compared to non-Chinese counterparts. There is a screen. Easy. More or less correctly calculates the pulse. The battery lasts for about two weeks if you do not often use the alarm clock and turn off all call notifications, etc. from your smartphone. Vibrating alarm clock does not wake up nearby sleeping people.

Cons

Counts steps when traveling in transport, even if you are sitting or sleeping on the train. For me personally, the silicone strap is not very pleasant for constant wear. Appearance does not really taste and color here . I like to wear watches more.
