Just bought and haven't cooked much yet but from what I've done this cookware is great. Bought as a replacement for non-stick pans. Everything came well packaged using tons of recyclable materials. I used the large pan the most as it is a large size. Handles stay cool. I have a gas stove and have kept the temperature low. Heats up quickly and evenly. I couldn't believe how easily it was erased. I don't put pots in the dishwasher, mainly because I need space. I love that they can be placed in the oven for casseroles that start on the stovetop but need toasting. Can't wait to try my casserole size sourdough bread. Really well done. Heavy bases but pans not too heavy for me to lift. Haven't used pans yet but will follow seasoning instructions before using. Great value for money and excellent quality.
