Bought for yoga at home. I ordered my normal size (XL) and had no issues with the fit other than my bust size. It's cut fairly low and there's not a lot of side coverage either. He's fine at home, but I would throw a shirt over him when I go outside or open the door. I could get away with it if I were younger, but maybe not so much as a middle-aged woman. :) I immediately removed the small round pads from the bra because they are too small. The Regal bra fits really well and offers some support which was a pleasant surprise. The fabric is nice and thick, so don't worry about the transparency. I'm 5ft 5in, about 170 and 36H. I have the Black 1 style.
