I have an old Dell PC with outdated software that I don't need to reinstall on my PC anyway, so I panicked when the power went out. Then I got even more angry when I got a replacement power supply and the power cords didn't reach the drives. But this product did what it was supposed to do and I FINALLY revived my old Dell and regained access to my software!
