I ordered this clock to monitor the door in my house and alert me if it's open when I'm not there. The first watch I ordered the videos from worked fine but when I put the battery in the watch it didn't work and I tried several different batteries. I ordered a replacement watch and they sent me a used watch. I know it was used because all the instructions were dented, the box contained the nails the clock was originally hung on, a dirty napkin and two buttons. Obviously the reason for returning this watch was never clarified as it would have been cleaned a little better. So this time the watch worked, but the SD card slot didn't hold the SD card in place, so the watch didn't register the presence of the SD card. So they returned both hours and got a refund!
