I ordered an 8 and 1/2 and it appears they sent me an eight as the Chinese do not do half sizes so they pick for you. If they're going to go down or go up to a size. Apparently this time they went down. They're very soft and they do have fur inside. I do like the zipper that comes up the front instead of the back. Because they were a little too small I wouldn't have been able to wear sock or anything with them. But my toes did definitely feel the end of the boot. For me, I prefer the shaft to be more tight around my legs instead of loose as these are. The soles are little aggressive but for snow I don't think enough. They are flexible I'll give them that. But they look very, very cheap. They are lightweight and I'm sure they're a good boot. Just not for me. I have tried several others before this pair and the quality does not stand up. It's not that they don't look well made. They just feel cheap on my feet. I will give them a bonus for the color. It is a very nice shade of red wine. The price isn't bad on them but you know what they say you pay what you get for. I personally would not purchase them or recommend them to my family and friends. So take that as you will.
