This is a beautiful spa style towel rail once you have it installed! For some reason the wall mounting holes are positioned so that the towel hooks get in the way of the screwdriver. So it was a little tedious to install, but it looks good; The satin finish is beautiful and matches my other mDesign satin bathroom faucets. and it's a great way to save space in a small bathroom - I mounted mine on the wall behind the door. My only other complaint is that I have to roll my towels (which are a little thick but not super thick) as tightly as possible and they are STILL quite difficult to hook with 4 large sets of hooks while hand towels dangle a bit on 2 smaller ones hook sets above. Apparently the actual dimensions of the rolled towels were not taken into account when determining the hook sizes for this item.
