Fits well but waist rolls forward and legs lift when running

I like the feel of these shorts but waist rolls/turns when running or exercising and legs lift when running and weight training. I think it's because of the shorter inseam and my build. I have a small waist and big butt and hips from working out, I bought a longer inseam and never had a fit issue.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some issues

Comfortable and doesn't ride up

Bought for weight training. My hips are quite big and short shorts always ride up. Not these! I've worn them for deadlifts and cardio. They also pass the squat test. Not limp under tension, but not too heavy either. Requires no minimum stroke and is very comfortable. I like the wide belt. It doesn't roll or fold. Would buy again at this point. Will update if they don't hold up after a few washes.

Super comfortable! - Exercise & Fitness

I tried these pants after my favorite Old Navy shorts were discontinued and couldn't be happier. I'm an avid runner and I have a hard time finding shorts that don't ride up. It was perfect! I'm 5'1", 150 pounds or more at the butt. I bought these in a medium size, they didn't bulk up and offered enough coverage. They feel very light and dry fairly quickly after a run in Florida .Heat and humidity.I will definitely be buying more of these.

Compression shorts are shorter than expected

Disappointed. This is now my second pair of Under Armor compression shorts. I bought my first pair locally a few years ago. I love her. I just wanted a second pair. The ones I have are much shorter than the top pair and go up. The look defeats the purpose when you wear them to keep your shorts from riding up too much while you run! I love Under Armor products, I'm just disappointed that I received a shorter pair of shorts than I expected. If you have thick thighs, those extra inches are…

Beautiful volleyball shorts

Our school trains in armor so I was delighted to find the midi shorts here. They are very difficult to find as a longer inseam is not the first choice for most. As for me, I don't like the tiny, underwear-sized shorts that our girls have to wear to play volleyball. They have a 5 inch inseam - short enough to blend in with everyone else, but long enough that I never worry about it being lewd or "sharing." The fabric is thick enough to never show through and they appear to be very durable. Now we

Good shorts for leisure in shorts

I am 5'6 and wear a size 6-8, ordered large. Very big on me (and I have big thighs and a big butt) but not see through at all which is a good thing! However, they are not suitable for every exercise. I'm a runner and was hoping to wear them for the next 10km, but just during the walk to the gym (about 15 minutes) I had to take them off at least 20 times. Rise strongly when sitting, crouching, walking, running. actually only move what disappointed me. In short, they definitely run large…

True to size - Women's

*Sorry for the photo on the side! Shown is a leg in shorts after a quick test run as it should be. I'm x-small in the size chart. When I ordered the small ones were about $10 cheaper than the xs and several reviews mentioned that they were packable and a bit small. That was enough to convince me to order a small one. They are very comfortable but definitely not compressible for me and I'd better go to the size chart and order X-Small. For reference, my waist is 26.25 inches, hips 34.75 inches…

DO NOT compress! for women

These are definitely not compression shorts, they have very little support. The material looks very cheap and contains no "wiggle" and does not support the buttocks. I bought these primarily for running - I'm fit and very muscular from weightlifting and have a big butt. So if I'm not wearing compression shorts while running, it really hurts (similar to running without a sports bra). I am very disappointed as I have relied on Under Armor shorts for a long time and have worn all my old ones to…

  • Not as thick as other styles

Very impressive! Best in Exercise & Fitness

Fantastic shorts! 5 inches really is the perfect length. I'm 5ft 3in, 120lbs and the small (my normal size when compressed) fits perfectly. Not too tight and not too loose! You don't have to wear them at all. You really stop. I am also a very sweaty person and they hardly show my sweat even though they are grey. Very impressive! I'm quite picky about my workout clothes and didn't expect them to work so well, but the price couldn't be beat not to try them on. I already bought them in black. I'm…
