I'm a homeowner, so I try to do as much as I can myself. This tool is invaluable. I bought this because I was replacing all the moldings in my house and wanted it to look professional. I decided to paint all the bodies and moldings so I bought BlueDri BD-AS-550-BL. I wanted to reduce the amount of airborne particles generated by the sprayer. Let me tell you there is no substitute. The thing paid off immediately. I didn't have to worry about particulate matter getting everywhere. Next, I cleaned up my living room, and by the time I was done, there was almost no dust in the air. This is highly recommended. I would like to respond to some of the other reviews. One person said the filter was a custom size. No, that is not so. A 16 x 16 x 1 filter is required. The actual filter size is 15.75 x 15.75 x .75 and many manufacturers make this filter size. Another wrote that it's hard. I say go to the gym. It's not difficult. It can be moved easily. Another mentions how noisy it is. I'll say it's loud on the highest settings, but no louder than a Dewalt table saw or even my 1.75hp vacuum. It's not as loud as my rigid shop vacuum.
