Review on petellow Cat Tree 29''/30'' with Scratching Posts & Perch Hammock - Small Cat Activity Tree for Small Cats Kittens - Beige/Grey by Karen Peterson

I've had this scratching post for 10 days now and my cat has already ripped off both of the hanging toys on it. They don't have much durability. I think it's made of MDF and the fabric isn't very high quality / falls off easily if scratched. He loves scratchy bits and spends a lot of time jumping around like crazy. Although it's definitely small. It only weighs 8 pounds, is a fairly small/compact guy, and won't fit in a hammock. It would not be possible to lie on the second level and the top is only for sitting. Luckily for me he doesn't seem to care and plays with it all the time but I would say it's too small and not strong enough for most cats. Mine, of course, freaks out when he plays, so you may disagree. For the price it will work until it kills you but you get what you pay for.
