My computer usually comes with a few USB ports and HDMI, so this product was my biggest concern as it might break during use. After using it for a few days I don't have that kind of anxiety anymore. The thing is definitely stable! When you plug it into your computer, it feels like it locks in place and doesn't move at all - even as I plug and unplug sticks and cables. The thickness and color match my computer perfectly which is definitely a nice bonus. I like that the surface of my laptop stays flat, it really feels like it's a true extension of the laptop itself. I've actually recommended it to a colleague and now she loves it too!
