I wanted to return this product because I just realized that my devices are only connected to one bluetooth at a time. When I connect Alexa to it, the Alexa speaker turns off. Syncing multiple Bluetooth speakers is difficult, and many devices only connect to one at a time. I found an app called AMPME for Android that supports multiple Bluetooth and syncs them all together. And I'm sure it's only a matter of time before more apps and devices come out that can solve this problem, so I'll leave it at that. Also, it's a great speaker at the beach or anywhere, very loud and clear, with good battery life and better performance than other brands.
