Just find your obd2 port (the one your mechanic connects their computer to), count on the top row to find port 4 and port 8 (4th and 8th hole), connect these two ports to one piece of wire (any conductive wire). They are signal matched which means you only have to make one and both will work, but I made them both just to be sure.
