Review on ZIZO Bolt Series for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus Case - Heavy-Duty Military-Grade Drop Protection with Kickstand, Belt Clip Holster, and Lanyard (Black/Red) by Yung Cypher

I was a regular customer of the OtterBox Defender series for 8-10 years and then about 5 years ago a friend showed me his new Zizo Bolt series case. Since then I've been a regular customer and buy 3 to 4 colors for each new phone model I receive. it's in the OtterBox Defender, $59.99 + tax, which was in stock due to the cost of the phone. I tried to deal with it, it took about 5 minutes! This is a quality product, slightly revised from what I had over 5 years ago, looked good and served its purpose. When I wanted to connect my car USB-C to connect to the car, the case wouldn't let me plug in my 90 degree (angle) cable. I had the cables professionally routed so they are not visible from above, my phone plugs into the center console. The frame of the OtterBox was too thick for the plug to plug in/charge. I got home and tried various high quality thick head straight tip cables to connect to my phone and they worked. About a minute later I ordered a metallic red/black Zizo Bolt. Arrived quickly and very nicely packaged! Perfect fit, with easy and safe operation of the side buttons. Same great quality as the last 5+ years and 4+ phones! Nothing has broken or broken in any of my Zizo Bolt cases! And I have some from 4-5 years ago that are still being used on old cell phones/mp3 players upside down. I've had multiple falls, bumps, collisions, bumps and bumps. I broke a belt clip or two and Zizo sent me a new one within two days and I sent 1 email! The 2 times I had to contact support was 1 purchase confirmation email and the next day I received an email saying a new email had been sent in the post! Wow! No jumping through hoops! And I'm incredibly keen on belt clips. I broke more with Otterbox. This case, like all my other Zizo bolts, looks great, feels very solid, but weighs noticeably less than the OtterBox. It occupies the same area as the OtterBox. Premium packaging, perfect as a gift. The design, materials and quality of the Zizo Bolt series have been top notch for over 5 years. It looks great in any color! All speakers, microphones, headphones and power plugs have enough space for the thickest plug heads. The pen/stylus is easily accessible yet keeps it secure while in the phone. Using the side button is easy and natural. The included strap can be passed through the bottom left corner of the case and looks of decent quality, but to be honest I've never worn my phone on the strap. Thank you Zizo for continuing to make great products and I ordered two more different colors before writing this review. And I did the math, I got 3 different colors for less than 1 OtterBox Defender! That's 3 cases to protect less than 1 comparable national mark. *** I commend the Zizo Bolt series and the Zizo company for making and supporting a great product. This product was not paid for or given to me for free/discounted. to write this review. *** UPDATE 2/7/2020: This case supports wireless charging, I tried the Samsung wireless charging dock I bought with my Galaxy S8 and it charges great! I found that standing on a stand instead of lying on my side allows for perfect and fast wireless charging.
