Removing the links to adjust the fit was problematic. They sent in a tool that was excellent in concept but poorly implemented. The tool held the band a few millimeters below where it should be so the pins in the links line up with the sliding tool. So it was almost impossible to push out the pins yourself with a tool. If they made the bed part of the tool a bit higher it would work much better. Whatever it was, the pins didn't want to push out or go back. The pens themselves are thin and poorly designed. They should be fairly strong, but instead appear to be made of thin sheet metal (almost foil) folded into a tubular shape. They only last one push and pull cycle before bending or the end puffs up and becomes unusable. Given the issues we've had with the quality of the products we've used, there's not much hope for durability here.
