I've been taking Green Magnitude Creatine every morning for about 3 years. I use about half a scoop or more per serving. I drink mineral water. Other brands of creatine monohydrate have a history of causing severe headaches and bloating. The Green Magnitudes formula seems to work well for me personally, I never have a headache or bloating. I'm gaining weight a lot, for years I was stuck at 140lbs for my wrestling division and I've gained 15lbs of lean muscle mass by working out with a real physical therapist and strength coach every day for 3 years.
