CONS: Why, why can't they figure out that we need a bracket to mount the GPS to? on a pole instead of a pole?! Not only does this save space on the handlebars for all the other things we put on the bike - bike computers, lights, etc. . -- but it better protects the very expensive GPS device in case of an accident and is easier to see and use while driving. Since they have already made the new GPS bike computer handlebar mountable, I see no gap in the logic preventing them from doing the same with the eTrex series device. Sleek design is something for newcomers anyway, but it could be improved for both cyclists and anyone who prefers to mount their device on a vertical bar rather than a horizontal one. For example, they could make the clip version horizontal instead of making changes to the clip, which is fine anyway.
