I gave this product 1 star because although it does what it is supposed to do it irritated my skin and I will never use this product again. I'm not a professional but I have used other home hair removal kits and they have never left me with bruises like this one. The skin on both of my eyebrows has peeled off, as has the skin between my eyebrows. I waxed her yesterday afternoon and today I saw bruises. And I know for sure that it wasn't because the wax was too hot because in fact it didn't even melt completely just to make sure I didn't burn myself. I believe that only professionals should use this product. Now I have to keep applying shea butter in hopes the bruises won't last forever. Please be careful when using this product to avoid what happened to me or you.
