Just received. It looks like it has been used before. Some of the bottles were half full and none of the bottles had a seal. I had to go back. Don't waste your money and time with this product.

I gave this product 1 star because although it does what it is supposed to do it irritated my skin and I will never use this product again. I'm not a professional but I have used other home hair removal kits and they have never left me with bruises like this one. The skin on both of my eyebrows has peeled off, as has the skin between my eyebrows. I waxed her yesterday afternoon and today I saw bruises. And I know for sure that it wasn't because the wax was too hot because in fact it didn't even

When I removed the plastic wrap and opened the box, the jar was open. All of the wax spilled onto all contents, vials, applicator strips, etc. Everything was sticky and unusable. I couldn't salvage anything as the spilled wax was everywhere. I had to throw it away without using it. Too sticky and dirty to return. Please replace this product by sending me good new packaging. If not, please refund me this item as it was badly damaged. Many Thanks

Always buy this for home use. We use it in the salon where I work. I ordered in July but didn't need it right away. Went to open it today and noticed the plastic inside the box looks wet. I opened it and there was wax everywhere. There was no lid on the product. You can't use anything in the box because everything is stuck.

Of course I'm no pro (as you probably guessed when you bought me a cheap home hair removal kit) but this wax is EVERYWHERE. As soon as I opened the cap of the wax bottle, my hands were covered in a thin layer of super sticky goo; Imagine honey, but four times as sticky. And then, because it was sticking to my fingers, everything I touched became sticky too - my shirt, the sink, the plastic tubs included in this kit, the door handle, the shower screen, etc. A complete mess. And nothing. takes it

This is the same product I use in my salon so I chose this starter kit and it has exceeded my expectations. I had to heat for a full minute to get the right temperature and consistency. It's a wax so it's sticky and expected. No problems with skin burning or excessive redness.

Great product! I have very coarse hair and it worked very well with them. This product smells great, is great for my sensitive skin and causes almost no pain (hard wax is great for both this and sensitive skin). The only downside to this product is that as there is no warmer you will need to keep warming up, but not as often where it is inconvenient! Definitely good for the money!

Works well on small areas (like the upper lip) but I need a different wax for larger areas. It was too sticky for large areas. This made me redder than usual. It's sticky and difficult to remove. The four serums/creams provided are good, but it's a bit suspicious that they don't have sealed top lids.
