Badly damaged product becomes unusable

When I removed the plastic wrap and opened the box, the jar was open. All of the wax spilled onto all contents, vials, applicator strips, etc. Everything was sticky and unusable. I couldn't salvage anything as the spilled wax was everywhere. I had to throw it away without using it. Too sticky and dirty to return. Please replace this product by sending me good new packaging. If not, please refund me this item as it was badly damaged. Many Thanks
