It was fairly simple to assemble. It could use a little more labeling especially since everything in the instructions is labeled A,B, C, etc. Hardware is not labeled at all. I am using this hung up on my door. Even though it's pretty heavy, the box came with some pretty sturdy door hooks so I don't have any fear of it falling. I like that they give you multiple options for the trays so you can mix and match and use what you need.
