I am using this hung up on my door. Even though it's pretty heavy, the box came with some pretty sturdy door hooks so I don't have any fear of it falling. I like that they give you multiple options for the trays so you can mix and match and use what you need. When we first got it the magnet to open and close the mirror was so far back that it wouldn't catch the door so we did have to unscrew and adjust it. Not a big deal but still a manufacturing error. I would suggest getting felt pads (like the round ones that go under chair legs) to put on the back of the mirror so it doesn't scratch your door. All four corners are capped in metal and it does move a bit when on the back of a door. I also put one on the wall that it hits when open. It swings pretty fast (not a lot of resistance on the joint).
