Not what's advertised

I ordered this vinyl to make decals for my daughter's travel softball team. It is clearly advertised as ADHESIVE vinyl & I even thoroughly browsed reviews before ordering to be certain. What I received is heat transfer vinyl. I am very disappointed as I am on a strict time restraint & will now be put off even further in my work.
