The only plus is that it was fairly easy to put together alone. Unfortunately, the product is just made poorly. The screws meant to secure the hinges are small and literally popped out before I finished assembling. I tried putting them back, but the hole is shredded. So, now I have to buy larger screws and likely drill a new hole. Until then, one of the doors is hanging in by one screw, so I can't open it. Otherwise, the other screws may pop out. I have a rental with a small kitchen and not any storage space whatsoever and I like to cook so that's annoying already. So just needed a pantry cabinet like I've had before in the past this is pretty spot on to what I used to have.It's not a solid item for sure it's a good item to have to do what you need it two but it is cheap keep in mind. While assembling the product I noticed that three of the eight plastic "shelf supports" were missing. I contacted the support email, assuming this simple part could be easily sent out. I was skeptical to buy this based off many other not so good reviews. That being said, I still did and here is my verdict.Was there damage to the box it was shipped in? - There definitely was! I needed customer service and I got customer service. Fast, and thorough. Best Buy was wonderful also, got my cabinet here with no damage and it was HEAVY.

It was fairly simple to assemble. It could use a little more labeling especially since everything in the instructions is labeled A,B, C, etc. Hardware is not labeled at all. Cabinet was a little damaged during Shipping but not enough to worry about returning it. Overall happy with it.
