I've had this router for almost a month now in a two story house a little over 2,000 square feet. ft. The router is on the 1st floor, the signal on the 2nd floor is weak and can only connect to 802.11n on the other side of the house. The signal is not only weak, but also unstable. I had to disconnect and reconnect from time to time to get back to the audio conference. meet.1. Contacted technical support, spent more than 2 hours and got an answer, WiFi speed 1733 Mbit / s is only ideal, you need to halve the figure and take an additional 30% discount. But I can't even get speeds over 400Mbps sitting next to the router. (File transfer between NAS and MacBookPro)2. If I want to return an item, I must go through all SOPs for testing technical support and get approval from a supervisor or manager. I told him that it's about making your customer other brands, he should reconsider. The connection speed and coverage area of the router do not match the product description. Luckily, getting back through Revain.3 is easy. The user interface is very "simple". It doesn't have as many good features as my old Netgear router. You can't track traffic counters, individual IP addresses (block or deny access in real-time), parental controls are by site, not by category like Netgear. Very disappointed in this product and Linksys as I thought it must be a better product and company than Netgear. I'm still rating the best product that provides the best coverage for my just over 2,000 square feet. meters before sending this router back.
