We have a St. Bernard and we use a Shark vacuum every day. These filters fit perfectly and are easy to clean. I change them every month as recommended and they haven't let me down yet. I usually wash them with dish soap and rinse them. I squeeze out as much water as I can and toss them in the dryer on low for about 20 minutes. Comes out dry, ready to use. This way I alternate 3 complete sets of filters.
