- 1. sometimes it falls off, but apparently I was lucky - it happens rarely and it easily restores the connection itself. The headset software is regularly ated automatically via the computer. The phone is now OnePlus 5 Android 8.0, before that it was Blackberry Priv. 2. Eyelets in general are not very comfortable, no matter how I change the size. And indeed, it is better to find a video on youtube for replacement, the instructions do not indicate the rotary mechanism. 3. it does not hold very tightly behind the ear, and when going to places that are not so popular, I take it off, otherwise it will fall when tilted)))
