The dashboard is very clean, intuitive to navigate through as well easy for users who knows nothing about analytics or data science at all! It's not that hard if you're technically inclined because it does have some basic tools like charts etc., which makes things easier but I think they really need more features such charting/data visualization in general so people can make use of this tool without having technical knowledge needed beforehand (which might also decrease time-to market). A simple interface with no frills - just what we want from an employee database platform :D.
