Use it on a shelf, not a perforated shelf.

Well it was a waste of money. I took a chance on getting it because it was plastic and one reviewer liked it. I hung on a perforated board with several bottles of glue for a week. That's all, I haven't even touched it since, and a clip broke off on its own. I only found it this morning as it hangs weird. Not even a week. Now I have to grab some pen hooks and put them on top if I use them at all. I would not recommend this at all. Sorry JSP but you should have made it out of steel or provided some other connection method.
