The ability to have a single platform that can be accessed by multiple users. It allows us to keep our documents in one place so we don't need to copy them from one system to another. We are able to access the same document through different devices. I dislike how some of the features work. For example, you cannot download a file directly from a link in an email and then upload it into the program. You must open the file first and save it locally. This can cause problems when you try to get something done quickly. We use this software for creating invoices. When clients send us their information, they can either enter it manually or upload files. After that, we create the invoice using this software.
