Your chicken will never get hot enough to eat.
I just did a boiling water test and am disappointed to report that after 1 hour and 3 minutes on high heat the water only reached 170 degrees Fahrenheit, well below the boiling point of 212 degrees Fahrenheit. It reached a temperature of 168 degrees in 37 minutes of the test and only rose 2 degrees over the next 26 minutes.
