I am a personal trainer and I use my 2019 iPad Pro at work 6 days a week and I have it in my hand all day. The bracelet is phenomenal, the build quality is phenomenal. I was disappointed at first as I thought the material was metal but after 2 months of use I can say with full confidence that you get MUCH MORE than what you pay for even though it is a rubber/plastic mod. When you take it out of the box for the first time, you will be skeptical. There is no special packaging in this price range. Finally, once it is assembled and installed on your device, a big smile will appear on your face and you will know that you have made a good purchase. Even if you hate it for some reason, although Amazon has a crazy good return policy. Take the chance! I seriously doubt you will be disappointed. One final note: the fold-out stand for the iPad isn't perfect. It's a little (micro) crooked. Can't complain when this case is only $35 and everything else is so good. I can live with it.
