After 2/8 of the stack of paper to be shredded had been cut, the scissors broke. It's pretty much 4 scissors in one so it's quite bulky in your hand and hurts over time. You can't cut more than 3 sheets of paper at a time and you have to tear the paper sheets to get the best piece. Too much unnecessary work. You are better off just investing in a paper shredder or going to the nearest office and paying them to shred the papers for you. I tried to get a refund but when I finally had time to take them to the nearest UPS store my roommate threw them out because they were broken and she thought they were junk.
