If you've completely gotten rid of traditional deodorant, this will work for you. It takes at least a month for your body to get rid of other toxins and finally get used to wearing it effectively. But when you are there, it's great and works. It just doesn't mask odors and doesn't work like traditional deodorant sticks. Apply it at night when you are completely clean. It's more of a prevention.
