On the basis of CROSSTRAP's assertions that they provide great customer service, I had high hopes for the fitness accessories that they sell. Having said that, my interactions with their team have been nothing but aggravating. They did not respond to any of my questions and offered me very little assistance when I required it. Their items are of a high quality; nevertheless, the customer service that they provide leaves a lot to be desired due to a lack of help from their personnel. As a customer from another country, I was anticipating a higher level of care from a company that specializes in the outdoor sports and recreation market. Disappointing.
