Cables worked fine for 3 months, then suddenly stopped working. The wires in the 10-foot and 6-foot cables stopped connecting and became intermittently connected for several minutes, then charged, then disconnected until they all stopped working together. Really disappointed that this was the case as their advantage was their solid construction. Update: I contacted their support team and the rep I dealt with definitely gave me a 5 star rating for help. They supply replacement parts with a 24 month guarantee and have been very helpful. Updating my rating to one star based solely on customer experience.
