Massaging is easy! I use for lumbar support
this is amazing for massage. Makes my husband's back massage very easy and doesn't require much effort. Even if you suffer from rheumatic diseases, nerve problems and/or tendonitis and need lumbar support. It's great to use as a lumbar pillow while sleeping. Sounds crazy but it relieves the pain instantly and I sleep like an angel. You can flip it on a flat hard lumbar pillow but I love the prongs on the back lol.
