I liked it at first! I got it as a gift and was grateful for the ergonomic relief, and what a cool concept! It just sticks! It's not as strong as I would like, but it does the job. The main problem is that it almost isolates the laptop! My laptop got very hot (75 degrees core temperature in the "core temperature" program) and the fan ran all the time. The sticker (or any part of the stand) didn't cover fans, vents, and the like. It was simply glued to the completely solid underside of the laptop. I took it in for repair thinking the fan was the problem and the mechanic told me that several people had brought in laptops (that had this stand attached) that were badly damaged. This product is thicker than you think and really keeps you warm. Be careful when using your laptops for more than 2 hours at a time. (For the record, my laptop is now running at a core temperature of 37 and the fan hasn't kicked on once since I removed the stand.)
