
Definitely don't contact tech support if you're in a hurry. In addition to never picking up the phone for more than 2 hours to call and get a message about their business hours, they had to wait over 3 hours through their online chat - THREE HOURS. The car probably has a bad graphics card and now we have to wait. again. So they send me a return label so I can send the card back before they send me a new one. It had already taken the car over two weeks to even get here. If that doesn't work they return their ยฃ20 paperweight and I take my refund and go to Best Buy.
