As someone who places a high value on effectiveness, I couldn't wait to give Xsorb's online store a shot for all of my shopping needs at home. Having said that, my interactions with the company were, to put it mildly, less than satisfying. In the first place, the home appliances that I had ordered did not come with all of the necessary components, which forced me to lose significant time while I awaited replacements. Second, the products for occupational health and safety that I bought turned out to be of low quality and did not live up to my expectations, which leaves me open to the possibility of being hurt. To make matters even worse, the household cleaning goods that I ordered were ineffective at removing stains and left behind a strong chemical odor that was uncomfortable to be around. This made the situation much more frustrating. The employees working in customer service were not helpful and lacked understanding about the things they were trying to market. My time spent using Xsorb, on the whole, left me feeling angry and unhappy. As an athlete, I require goods that are dependable and effective, however Xsorb did not live up to my expectations in this regard. I will not be shopping at this establishment again, nor will I suggest it to anyone who is looking to purchase high-quality items for their home.
