The ease at using their software! It's easy for us as our staff has little formal education regarding regulations/laws etc., this makes it so much easier when trying solve legal issues that arise with clients business needs or concerns!! We have been able improve efficiency by having instant access through online reports instead waiting days (or sometimes weeks) till paper copies come back. No more shuffling pages around while reading over different documents hoping you haven't missed anything. ! They are very professional friendly too - they make themselves available via phone calls if needed but also email helps tremendously whenever questions can be answered quicker than writing one off an inquiry letter. !!
