Purchased to protect screen from scratches (had gotten a slight scratch from rubbing against concrete blocks while unloading). Despite some previous reviews I've tried but encountered the same problem with what appears to be a weakly angled design so with the "right pressure" they break easily without having to drop them. The arrows in the image indicate vertical fissures that occurred near the edges (the split material is the result of removal). The right thing happened just two days after installation. I just put it on the side table. I wouldn't buy it again because it doesn't fit my screen perfectly, making those weak edges prone. Unfortunately, my phone is a camera, so I can't show it, but the corners of the lid, or more rounded than the Note 9, actually leave them obvious. Also, the edges don't wrap around the edges of the curves as much as possible, making them prone to this weakness as well. Other customer pictures show this. I tried but this design causes problems. I have a phone case, but with "Infinity Edge" such cases are likely to vary, so I don't know if the design should accommodate any cases that can be wrapped further forward. That is possible. In my case I have visible edges that break easily AND interfere with the edge writing surface with the S Pen making it narrower than the horrible Samung update that took away some writing surfaces anyway. Thing is, a small amount of glue seems to attract and hold any lint or tiny hair (from pets), hence I have small items sticking out of the edge. Anyway, I clean it regularly, but it's weird. It's glass, so it's just as easy to leave fingerprints on it as it is on a natural surface. However, the sensations are slightly different, but you quickly get used to it. I had to REALLY increase the sensitivity of the screen a lot to be able to use it with both my finger and the S Pen. Luckily, a quick reference guide was included, otherwise I wouldn't have remembered such a feature after applying the protective film. For the most part, I found the app to be simple with no air pockets. Adhesion is very good. Simply clean the surface as directed and keep lint away. Removal required some extra pressure, but it went well, leaving just a little "glue" around the edges that peeled off easily. I just replaced it with a second one because I have it. I've also applied for a lifetime warranty, although I'm not sure if it will be honored. I will update if so. I did this because I wanted to return something after purchasing a defective product. WARRANTY UPDATE: They wanted a better view to replace the item. CHEATER. And the 2nd tread has already torn full possession in less than a year. Edge started with the hairline and just continued.
