Needed a new headset and came across a refurbished offer for this Kraken Tournament Edition. I recently upgraded from W7 to W10 and upgraded in the process and played around with the Razer Synapse app and Windows volume controls but can't figure out how to make the sound louder. If everything is raised to 100, I have a normal volume. I also find the sound (e.g. when listening to classical music) a bit thin. I used to wear headphones for hours, but these feel basic. strange. Like they're about to slip. I often try to adjust the fit. Finally, the Razer Synapse software often forced me to re-enter my password on boot. As of this writing, I've been trying to read about this issue on their forums and I'm being redirected to a login page that is pre-populated with my details and I can't just browse the forums. Annoying and unnecessary. I would not buy a Razer headset again and may return this one anyway.
