Plastic embellishments, which isn't entirely apparent from the 'unbreakable' designation. Although that's not the problem. The way they were packaged allows them to rub against each other and the extra shine in the box meant the 4 decorations were so visibly worn that I couldn't use them. Some of the decorations also had drips of glue on the outside. I won't be returning them, but you can get better quality ones at Hobby Lobby, Walmart, or elsewhere.
