Doesn't work that well in practice, especially for hanging on a doorknob. The parts that should stick together don't stick together, except at the very top - SOMETIMES. It's too bulky to lay flat, my cat tried to scratch it but it opened up and she got scared of it. If I put it somewhere (on the floor or the sofa) my cat will sometimes lie on it, but it's pretty much useless as a scratching post. Sad to say as it seemed so promising and otherwise well done. It would be better to only have it in 1/3 size (in width) and sell it in sets of 3.
